Being surrounded by artists is a good way to become one.
My mother is a painter and my father is a former commercial
photographer turned winemaker. I started drawing cartoons
at an early age and wished to go Art school by the age of
ten.
I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts - New Media degree at the
Academy of Art College in San Francisco in 2002. Digital video,
audio, imaging, web design and photography courses were coupled
with figure drawing, sculpting, painting and drawing. I realized my own
style, strengths and how to connect all I had learned together
to produce solid work.
I set out on my own as freelance designer in Sonoma County
just before finishing my schooling. Word of mouth referrals
have given me a now full time workload from clients all over the United States.

Yes... that serious looking guy is
me. I like that picture because it hides my true personality.
The truth is that I am a bit of an off-the-wall type
with an appetite to make people laugh and feel at ease
with me. Being a tall and bald chap makes me stand out in a crowd and seems to frighten
those who are dramatically smaller. I digress... I am
currently 29, married and expecting my first child. I also work at
my Family's Winery, Kaz Vineyard & Winery, in Kenwood. Yes, I am a big wine geek too.
